Operations Director & Volunteer Manager

“3 cheers for Jan & Mark! They are pleasant and cheerful, patient and kind to all patrons. They are quick to answer questions from the bar to the show to the gallery and display great team spirit!”

-Tamara Jarrett, Box Office & House Manager at THAC

“I would like to recommend Douglas Rintell for #OffStageStars recognition. Until he became ill, he thoroughly enjoyed volunteering at THAC for a number of years. He misses this very much and we plan to have him attend future shows when possible. Thank you for this consideration.”

-Bill Simpson, Volunteer at THAC

Town Hall Arts Center is extremely lucky to have over 100 individuals dedicate countless hours to the theatre, without them, the show truly couldn’t go on! Many of these volunteers have been with us for years, others are just joining our team. I want to recognize every single person who is participating in our volunteer program, I am truly blessed to work with each of you, and it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you this season. Big thanks to everyone who has signed up last minute to help during this busy holiday season, I can’t thank you enough!

Wishing you & yours the happiest holidays

& a fabulous NEW YEAR!

Hello THAC Friends, Family, & Followers,

Today I wanted the chance to give special thanks to the many individuals that make our productions possible at Town Hall Arts Center. Donors, sponsors, staff, patrons, volunteers, cast, & crew. This is truly an incredible bunch, I LOVE my job because of you! As Sales & Volunteer Manager (& blogger), one of the most rewarding aspects of my position is working with THAC’s incredible volunteer staff! Most of you are probably aware, but our volunteers help with will call box office, concessions, ushering, and welcoming patrons to the theatre during all of our performances; they truly are the face of Town Hall. In between seasons and shows we are also fortunate enough that these dedicated individuals help with season ticket mailings and other special events like tomorrow’s Candlelight Walk & Tree Lighting, an annual event taking place on Main Street in Littleton, CO. It is no exaggeration that THAC would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO – EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!

Without further adieu, I would like to acknowledge the volunteers that have been recognized this month through our Volunteer Recognition Program: #OFFSTAGESTARS. Enjoy!

“In addition to frequent volunteering for shows and staying to be a bartender, for all opening night receptions. Dorothy Mauro cleaned and repaired all the volunteer vests, (that she made several years ago) over the summer. She is now making pouches to hold the walkie talkies, as they do not fit well in pockets and are inconvenient to carry around.. She is an awesome lady who deserves very special recognition.”

– Barbara Gabriel

“BIG THANKS to Dorothy Mauro for making lovely bracelets for the volunteer flashlights! You are amazing.”
