More Ticketing Information
Refunds and Exchanges
Non-Season Subscribers may exchange tickets with a 24-hour notice with a service charge of $4 per ticket. Non-Season Subscribers may return tickets with 24-hour notice and receive a refund of 65% of the face value of the ticket.
Season Subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge (charges may apply if upgrading from a Thursday/Sunday Evening to a Friday/Saturday Evening or any Matinee performance). * Exchanges must be for the same production.
Groups
Groups of 10 or more seats automatically receive a discount of $5 off the standard price per ticket (no additional student, senior or military discounts apply).
Discounts
Senior discounts begin at age 62. Student discounts are for anyone under 18 or with a current, valid student ID. Military discounts are for anyone with a valid military ID.
Rush Tickets
In a continuing effort to make performances at Town Hall Arts Center (THAC) accessible to all, ten value seats at $10 each are available on a first-come, first-served basis one hour prior to each performance’s curtain time. Concerts & Special Events excluded, contact the Box Office with questions.
